May 2023
- DEADLINE Senior Video segments installments due: May 15-Now and Then (baby/senior year) photos – Check out Class of 2023 Teams Channel or DM on Instagram to upload your submissions
- AP Cape/Honor Cord Distribution continues
- DEADLINE Graduation Name Cards DUE – May 19 – see BSD student email for link and instructions (how name should be read during the ceremony)
- Prom Tickets go on sale – May 29 – June 9
June 2023
- SENIORS ONLY Yearbook Distribution – June 7
- SENIORS ONLY Laptop and Textbook Turn In – June 9
- Graduation ticket distribution – TBD – each graduate will receive ten (10) FREE tickets
- Senior Finals – June 7-June 13 – schedule TBD
- Senior Prom – June 10

November 2022
- Usually the first week in November: Senior Class Meeting
- About a week after the Senior Class Meeting: Josten’s first order deadline for graduation cap, gown, tassel, and stole
December 2022
- Wednesday, Dec 14: Senior Quotes for the yearbook due. Instructions & submission link here.
- Order graduation gowns, etc. through Josten’s. Learn more here.
January 2023
- Tuesday, Jan 3: Check High School & Beyond Plan for missing tasks REQUIRED for graduation. Your student should visit Fabian Rios in the College & Career Center if they need any help. Drop in or make an appointment.
- Friday, Jan 13, to Thursday, Jan 26: Order a yearbook using Touchbase. $60 each. Last chance for guaranteed delivery. Limited number available in June on first come, first served basis. There are never enough for all those who want them.
- Friday, Jan 27: DEADLINE to purchase a Grad Ad or student Shoutout in the yearbook. Learn more. Purchase on the Josten’s website.
February 2023
- February 1: DEADLINE Winterfest assembly/spirit week photos and ice-skating photos
March 2023
- DEADLINE Senior video installment due March 1: Winter Sports, Valograms & Valentines Day
April 2023
- DEADLINE Senior Video segments installments due: April 15-Tolo photos, multicultural night, and Springfest assembly/spirit week photos – Check out Class of 2023 Teams Channel or DM on Instagram to upload your submissions
- AP cape/Honor cord sales begin – Week of April 17: The fee will appear on your Touchbase account. Learn about eligibility here.
- Jostens Cap, Gown, and Graduation announcement distribution – April 18 – in Commons during both lunches
