• Every college includes the entrance requirements on their admissions webpage. Your student should take the initiative to review those. It’s part of deciding if this college is a good fit for your student.
  • In our current pandemic environment, which will impact education for years to come, your family must ask college entrance questions yourselves. Start with the college’s admissions website and then call. They are there to help you.
  • Also, your student’s counselor will review your student’s course choices. With your student, the counselor will discuss college plans and ensure that the student selects courses that will maintain their eligibility for those institutions (assuming successful completion of the course and meeting other admissions procedures).
  • Every student must come to their counselor meeting knowing which careers and colleges interest them. Their counselors will review general college entrance information, but your student should check with the college in advance. The entire educational system—kindergarten to post-graduate—is making changes constantly due to Covid.
The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
