Bellevue Performing Arts Center

The district is pleased to announce the launch of the Community Portal, which community members may use to submit applications to reserve rental spaces.

The Community Portal soft-launched in mid-May and provides community users with a more streamlined and efficient way to reserve buildings, stadiums, and performing arts centers starting with fall and winter rentals. Reservations for fields will begin in early 2024.

What Has Changed?

With the launch of the Community Portal, community users no longer need to rely on the schools or the Community Use Office to enter events into Event Manager. They can submit their own rental applications and reserve rental spaces directly through the Community Portal.
