Did you know that Bellevue School District Policy 6811 states that the district seeks to minimize our impact on the environment and increase our individual and collective understanding and agency of how we can work toward an ecologically sustainable school district, community and world?

Did you know that the district had begun to develop a procedure to accompany the policy, including but not limited to, a three-year action plan beginning in the 2023-2024 school year, a schedule for reducing negative impacts, and a timeline for integrating sustainability into the curriculum?

Did you know that you can serve on a sustainability advisory group that will provide feedback and recommendations on the district’s action plan?
