  • Create an account at MyIRmoilbe.com: Families in Washington state can use MyIRmoilbe.com to find their children’s vaccination records. If your child’s vaccination records are not on file, talk to your doctor and ask them to add your child’s vaccination records to the Washington State Immunization Database.
