Board Meetings
The regular meetings of the Board of Directors will be held at least once a month, according to a yearly schedule adopted in advance by the Board. Adjustments may be made to the schedule as long as they are posted at least two weeks in advance. Special Meetings are announced within 24 hours of being held. They are called by the board president, or by a majority of the board, and are typically held to deal with emergencies, study sessions that are not regularly scheduled, board retreats and school visits.
The next regular board meeting is April 20 starting at 4 p.m. Please visit the Board’s meetings page to attend the meeting on the day, and to view the agendas. If you would like to make a public comment for either meeting please follow the public comment policy as outlined here.
Board Materials
The Bellevue School District has implemented a paperless eGovernance system called BoardDocs. This system allows for easier public access to board information, increases collaboration between board members, and lowers cost by creating a more efficient and effective method of managing board documentation.
