Dear Bellevue Families and Staff:

As many of you know, Bellevue School District is asking our local community to consider a Capital Bond in the upcoming February 11 election.

The bond will fund the rebuilding and remodeling of our school facilities, allow us to plan for future growth, and create new community space to be used by all.

At its core, however, the bond is about more than just buildings. It is about providing all our students with an equitable, high-quality education. Where our students learn plays an important role in their success now and in the future. Bond funds prudently used to update our learning facilities throughout the district will help foster exceptional student growth, development, and achievement.

Ballots are due by February 11. They can be mailed (no stamp is needed), but they must be postmarked by Election Day, February 11 or dropped off at a designated ballot box (visit King County Elections to find one near you).  You can also get a replacement ballot or download a replacement envelope online if yours is lost or damaged.

In partnership,

Ivan Duran

Bellevue School District

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
