To streamline the student fees and fines payment process, TouchBase, BSD’s online payment site, introduced Family Accounts on August 1, 2023. The new Family Account Username feature allows families to access their students’ fees and fines through a single login, simplifying payment procedures with the ability to pay all charges in a single transaction.
With the introduction of Family Accounts, families no longer need to manage multiple accounts for each student. Now, a single TouchBase account is all that is required to access information and settle payments for all students under the same family member. Student ID logins are still available, but the district encourages families to use their Family Account with a unique password.
Get Started
To begin using the Family Accounts feature, families must ensure they have a valid email address registered in Synergy, the district’s student information system. This email address will serve as their new TouchBase username. A new password will need to be set up by visiting the TouchBase login page.
