The district budget shortfall has had many impacts and as a cost savings measure, a decision has been made to no longer retain the Let’s Talk platform on district websites. Let’s Talk is a customer service platform that supports incoming questions, concerns or comments and establishes dialog between community members and district staff. At the end of September 2023, the Let’s Talk platform will be removed from district webpages.
In order to continue to center the needs of our community and provide consistent and timely two-way communication, a new Contact Us webpage, is now available for community members to reach district departments. All departments that were previously listed on Let’s Talk will be transitioned to the Contact Us page, and over the course of the next several months, the district will transition to an in-house ticketing system to follow community questions, comments and concerns.
There are several ways to reach the new Contact Us page:
- There is a new Contact Us icon on the top of the district homepage.
- There is a new Contact Us icon on the mid-page navigation buttons.
- The new Contact Us page can be found by hovering on the “Help” tab.
