a visitor using the LobbyGuard visitor management system

Our Safety and Security department has recently implemented LobbyGuard – a new visitor management system for all of our schools and buildings. The system will be launched in a phased rollout throughout the month of September and enhances safety for our students, staff and families. LobbyGuard will bring consistency to visitor check-in processes around the district. It will allow schools and facilities to have information about all visitors quickly available in the event of an emergency.

The LobbyGuard system allows staff to manage visitors electronically through a self check-in touch screen kiosk. All visitors will register at the LobbyGuard kiosk, have their picture taken, supply their reason for visiting and identify their intended destination within the school or building.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we launch this new system. For more information and answers to frequently asked questions, visit our LobbyGuard webpage.

The Bellevue School District acknowledges that we learn, work, live and gather on the Indigenous Land of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the Duwamish and Snoqualmie Tribes. We thank these caretakers of this land, who have lived and continue to live here, since time immemorial.
