We are in the final stretch at Highland! Furnishings have been installed and final cleaning and touchup is occurring throughout the building. The final trim work is ongoing and the last of the building’s flooring is being installed on the stage. On the outside, preparations are being made for the final concrete and asphalt pours while the landscaping is continuing. We worked with the City and obtained our Temporary Certificate of Occupancy on August 14! There is still touchup and landscaping to be done, along with an extensive punch list, but the building is ready for its new occupants as soon as it’s safe to have in-person learning.
