In December, we launched the first of several efforts aimed at collecting community input on topics identified during Dr. Duran’s Listening Tour as being important to our community. To date, we have held community sessions on Safe Students/Safe Schools, Athletics & Activities, and Equity.
The Safe Students/Safe Schools Advisory Group held four sessions this past January and they’re are adding one more. The Bellevue Special Needs PTA is hosting a community meeting on Tuesday, April 24 at Phantom Lake Elementary School. Visit the event page for more information and to RSVP. We are extremely grateful to the hundreds of participants who have taken time to attend a session or provide their feedback through our surveys. We are finalizing our remaining three groups (Student Wellness, Growth & Planning, and Finance) and look forward to continuing our community conversations.
