The Online Student Data Verification process for the 2022-23 school year will start on Wednesday, August 17th, 2022. This is only for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 and the Evergreen Transition Program (preschool students are not included in this process). The data verification process is available in 22 languages other than English. 

On August 17th, families can: 

  • Update their address online and provide the required proofs of address electronically.
  • Update their student’s demographic data.
  • Manage student’s emergency contact list.
  • Update student’s photo permissions. 

How can I update my student’s information on August 17th?  

Families can update their student’s information by signing into ParentVUE . The first time you log in, you will be directed to data verification. The ParentVUE App can also be used to monitor student grades and attendance, visit our Online Student Verification page for more information.
