Wednesday, April 27, 2022, a contract was signed with Human Capital Enterprises as the search firm for the Board’s Superintendent Search. Hank Harris, the owner of Human Capital Enterprises and Dr. Steve Webb a long-time former superintendent, will head the search. Human Capital Enterprises has conducted searches in other Washington districts including Port Townsend School District, Central Kitsap Schools, and Richland School District. The firm was selected unanimously by the Board at a Special Meeting held on Monday, April 25. Details will be forthcoming on next steps for community and school outreach by the search firm.
